Narcissa had alot of things on her mind. School work. Arranged Marriages. You know, the usual, well not exactly. Food was the last thing on her mind, she had completely forgotten to eat dinner the previous night, and woke up with hunger in the pit of her stomach. She had been thinking nonstop, and she needed a distraction, whether it just be eating, or finding someone in the great hall to speak to.
It was rather early, not many people were there yet, but the food sure was. She hurried towards the Slytherin table, grabbing food for her plate as she sat down. Three pieces of toast, and a few bits of bacon. She was completely starving, and at this point could care less if she looked like a pig. She ate rather quickly, something her parents had always advised her against.
From the time she was very little, she always got the "eat slower" or "chew your food." She had kept her manners up mostly while she was at hogwarts, but on occasion, like today, she let them slip. She scarfed down two of the pieces of toast, then slowly began nibbling on the bacon. What could she say? She was hungry.

[posting for cola] Adela smiled as she saw her friend Narcissa at their table in the Great Hall. She hadn't seen her since right before the school year started and it would be fun catching up with her again. Adela quickly made her smile disappear as she was getting a few weird looks from people. She usually felt free and safe to let her guard down around Narcissa since she didn't judge and they had that sort of relationship, but most people held this image for her, and she prefered to keep it.
Adela chuckled as she saw her just eating away, not caring about her image at the moment either and sat next to her. "Not hungry are you?" she teased, grinning. With a look down the table, Adela was glad to see that Bellatrix and her posse weren't there yet... or a certain Lestrange brother either.

[haha it looks like i'm rping with myself.. but i'm not lol i'm posting the posts coll emails me.. cause her comp is retardedd..] Narcissa looked up spotting Adela. Well, she really didn't spot her, Adela sort of made herself known. Narcissa was a tad bit distracted by her eating. She glanced around a moment to make sure Bellatrix or her crowd weren't around, as she knew that if they were, she couldn't exactly be nice to Adela.
She had been good friends with Adela for quite awhile now, although she had kept it hidden from Bellatrix, because Adela and Bella were sworn enemies. Odd how it all worked out. She sent up a sort of malicious smile, something even worthy of Bellatrix. "Oh shut up.. I didn't eat dinner last night.. and if you knew anything I knew you'd be eating too."She said making a face at her.
"So uh.. why are you up so early? Aren't you usually the last to breakfast?" Narcissa raised her eyebrows curiously. Adela had a habit of sleeping in didnt she? Narcissa was nearly always alone during breakfast. She couldn't help but to let her mind wander again, not really focusing on Adela. She cared about her friends sure, but she always had a habit of being a bit preoccupied with herself.
